I do like that they give you donation options after checkout, and it’s nice knowing it can help local charities. Anyway... I just wish the site was a little clearer about where the donations actually go and how everything gets handled.

I ordered a few kids’ items and, for the most part, everything arrived in really good shape, which was a relief. One of the shirts had a little more wear than I was expecting, but it wasn’t anything too major. Everything was clean and the quality felt fair for the price, so I’m still happy with the order. I’d probably buy again, but next time I’ll read the descriptions a bit more carefully just to make sure I know exactly what to expect

"Fees Weren’t Very Clear"
I wasn’t a fan of how the fees and commission showed up. It felt a bit unclear, and by the end I had less than I expected. When I reached out, support basically said something like, “the charges are outlined in the terms,” but I still think it could’ve been shown more clearly upfront

It did what I needed it to do, so I can’t really complain too much, but I’ll be honest, I was a little confused at first. Maybe it’s just me, but I had to poke around for a bit before I figured out what was going on. Once I got the hang of it, it was fine, just not super clear right away.

"Confusing drop-off and pickup, plus way too much verification"
The whole experience was frustrating. Drop-off was confusing and took way longer than it should have because no one really seemed to know where I was supposed to go. Then pickup was even worse — my stuff was hard to find, I was standing around waiting with barely any help, and I kept having to verify things over and over like they didn’t already have my info. It just felt stressful and disorganized. I don’t think I’d use jbfsale again.

I was able to find the sale times without much trouble, and they mostly worked for what I needed. I kind of wish one of the evening slots went a bit later, especially with how things were that day, but overall the hours were clear enough and the schedule made sense

"Felt Disorganized, Maybe I Came at the Wrong Time"
I might have just hit the sale at a bad time, but it was hard to follow. The layout felt messy, and I wasn’t really sure where to start or what was supposed to be in each section. Some items seemed like they were placed randomly, so I kept having to walk back and forth trying to figure things out. The checkout area wasn’t super obvious either. The prices were decent, but the organization made the whole experience a little stressful.

"Payout was mostly fair but a little confusing"
I sold a few things and the payout ended up being close to what I thought it would be, one of the item amounts seemed a little off but not enough to make a big deal out of it, I just had to spend some time looking through everything to figure out where the numbers were coming from. Overall it was okay, I just wish the payout details were a bit clearer so it didn’t take as much effort to understand.

"Early access was nice, but not really worth it"
I grabbed the presale/early access pass because I thought it would make the whole shopping experience smoother. It was kind of nice getting in early, but it didn’t feel as special as I expected. Some of the better items were already gone or just hard to track down, and checkout still took longer than I hoped. I can see it being worth it if you’re really into the sale, but for me it was just okay and I probably wouldn’t pay extra for it again.

"Inventory Setup Was a Huge Time Saver"
The inventory setup saved me a lot of time. I was expecting it to be one of those things where you have to sit there forever adding items, double-checking everything, and fixing little mistakes along the way, but it was way more straightforward than I thought. Once I got started, it made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming, especially because inventory stuff can get tedious really fast. It helped me get organized much quicker than if I had tried to do everything manually on my own.

"First time was, honestly, confusing"
I tried jbfsale for the first time, and while the guidance did help a little, there was still a lot I had to figure out on my own. The tagging, drop off, and pickup process all felt a bit rushed, and not super clear. The staff was nice, which I appreciated, but I still ended up leaving feeling more stressed than anything. I’m not really sure, at this point, if I’d do it again

"Not the best experience for me"
I stopped by the sale hoping to find a few good deals, but it wasn’t quite what I expected. The place felt a little unorganized, with some trash on the floors, a few items that had a musty smell, and some toys that didn’t seem like they’d been cleaned very well. I was also a bit concerned about the setup. Some aisles were tight, there were strollers near exits, and I noticed a few loose cords by the tables. I’m sure it can be hard to manage a busy sale, but it just felt a little too cluttered for me to relax and browse. I ended up leaving sooner than planned. Maybe other locations are better, but this visit wasn’t really worth it for me

"I went to the sale with my..."
I went to the sale with my stroller thinking it would be manageable, but it turned into a huge hassle quickly. The aisles were way too tight, carts were blocking spots everywhere, and I had to keep backing up or waiting around just to get through.
I tried to be patient, but it got frustrating enough that I felt like someone should’ve been managing the flow better. Maybe it’s okay if you’re shopping alone, but with a kid and bags to carry, it was stressful and not worth it.

"Easy shifts with some nice perks"
Signing up for volunteer shifts on jbfsale.com was easy. I could see what times were open and just pick what fit my week which made it way less stressful.
The perks are really what got me to grab extra shifts lol. Extra shopping time and better deals felt worth it and everything was clear enough. No major issues for me

"Good Updates, Replies Are Decent"
Overall, I’ve had a good experience. The updates have been helpful, like when something changes, when there’s a new feature, when there’s a fix, or even just when they let you know what’s going on. The replies are okay too, not super fast every single time, but they do respond, they answer questions, and they usually give enough info to keep things moving. It’s kind of like when you message support about a small issue, ask about a setting, check on an order, or need clarification on something, they get back to you and it’s fine. Nothing too over the top, but good enough that I’m satisfied.
